After taking their friend’s advice and integrating raw honey into his diet, they noticed that their son’s overall health improved considerably. Due to that, they got inspired to launch a new business venture and manufacture Zach and Zoe Sweet Bee Farm, their unprocessed, healthy raw honey.
Kam and Summer named their business after their children Zach and Zoe, noticing that their presence brought curiosity and diversity into the industry.
Summer and Kam Johnson are the founders and owners of Zach and Zoe’s Sweet Bee Farm. Starting just 6 years ago, their business has thrived to become an ever-growing family empire. They primarily focus on manufacturing raw honey on their farm in New Jersey.

In 2020, Zach and Zoe Sweet Bee Farm sold $401,000 worth of raw honey, and in 2021 they exceeded $1,000,000 in sales. As of July 2022, they are still expanding their thriving food brand and can be found at the Chelsea Market 75 9th Ave, NY, NY 10011 every Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am-7 pm.
