Doug Ellin, famous for being the creator of the HBO series “Entourage,” confirmed that he is selling his home in La Quinta, California which he acquired around a year ago, as highlighted in a Realtor.com report. Ellin has already listed his home for $3.995 million, which is a little more than the $3.3 million he allegedly paid for it back in 2022.
It is challenging to fathom someone residing in such a stunning place for only a year. Ellin is leaving behind breathtaking vistas of the Coachella Valley and Santa Rosa Mountains, in addition to the nearby Andalusia golf course and lake. Golf enthusiasts might be particularly interested in this home, which was initially built as a showcase for Andalusia, but it’s a fantastic property for anyone, whether they’re a golfer or not. The listing also states:
“The gourmet kitchen features top-tier appliances, custom cabinetry, and striking stone countertops, culminating around a Grand Island seating area. Adjacent to this culinary haven is a spacious dining room that flows seamlessly into a vast family room, complete with a bespoke bar for elegant entertaining. The primary suite is a sanctuary in itself, equipped with a luxurious soaking tub, expansive walk-in closet, and remote-controlled blinds.”
The main house is joined by a detached casita with a kitchenette, living room, and a working fireplace. Of course, the house in a location like this would not be complete without a massive outdoor dining space, spa, swimming pool, and firepit.
Ellin oversaw some massive renovations on the home during his short time there, so it has been outfitted with new kitchen appliances and many other sparkling upgrades to its security, entertainment, and climate control networks. Even the garage is now air-conditioned.
